Cooking There’s something for everyone with Wood To Water’s quality camping cooking gear! Our selection of lightweight kitchen utensils are ideal for expert hiking or campfire relaxing. Read More The Jetboil MightyMo boiled 10 two-cup pots of tap water at an average of 2 minutes 36 seconds. Conditions were sunny, calm and 54 degrees F at an elevation of 5,778. We used a GSI Halulite Duo cook pot and a new canister of Jetboil’s Jetpower 4-season fuel.Accommodates a Jetboil skillet and FluxRing cooking pot without the need for pot support (fuel, skillet, and pot sold separately) Built around the same technology as the award-winning MSR Reactor, the WindBurner shares many similarities with that designed-for-mountaineers stove. The windproof burners on the two stoves are similar, but the WindBurner is designed to use fuel more efficiently with several features that make it more tailored to ease-of-use than the utilitarian Reactor. It’s also significantly less expensive than the Reactor.

Our testers also thought the pour spout that comes with the lid could be better angled and more generous, but honestly, we recognize just having a pot lid with a pour spout is rare and exciting in the gear world. In many respects, the MiniMo cook system is similar to the Stash. The MiniMo is fairly light and compact, boils super fast, and features a cookpot that’s designed to house both a 100g fuel canister, the burner, and the included stabilizer.

For instance, the Stash weighs in at a scant 7.1 oz thanks to its all-titanium burner and FluxRing cookpot. That weight includes everything you need aside from the fuel canister itself, and can be reduced by another 27 grams by leaving out the included folding stabilizer. If you want to try the boiling power of a JetBoil stove for yourself but aren’t quite ready to spend money on something like the MiniMo, the JetBoil Zip is right up your alley.
