By being self-aware and reflective of ourselves, we are then consciously allowing ourselves to grow and learn. This ultimately leads to us becoming the best version of ourselves in sha Allah. It is the memory of the practicality of this small book coupled with my long-term preoccupation with the concept of ‘self-purification’ which brings me to this point.
